Health is vital. Without our health, we can do nothing. We'll post articles about health tips and tricks we've learned on our journey so far.
Fitness looks different to everyone. For us, we take it to an extreme, with high-intensity workouts and training. However, for some it may be more relaxed.
We like to keep an open mind to different methods and ideas. No one climbs a mountain on their own, after all. Different people made all that equipment, learned those techniques and taught them.
Our lives aren't just fitness, however. We may talk about other subjects that interest us from time to time, be it tech or other things. But our primary focus is to keep climbing that mountain, to get to the top.
